A "fun" thing I discovered about 1password storing TOTP:
You can export the secret key back out of it again.
So when you store a password and TOTP together in it, it's just a single factor with extra steps.
Granted this is likely true for most any implementation of TOTP where it gets synced. But it's still a little bit uncomfortable to see the secret key sitting right there in the JSON export of your password vault

There's just no other economics way for this to happen.
