I think already as a child I was confronted with cinnamon sugar, ISTR my mother used it as sprinkling on apple crumble (yum!), and that's > 60 years ago. :)
Cinnamon sugar is very popular in Germany; wherever you get a crêpe, the most inexpensive offering is with cinnamon sugar.

it is very good. A few comments if I may:
Unless on purpose, the title has typos and should be "How computers work" (I personally would ditch the !!).
I have a large screen but don't use full-screen for most programs including browser as seen from shot, hence only later I saw the protocol at bottom. Also, since most of the exmples I tried don't load in a frame, maybe make your "browser" smaller?
Finally, at my age it's too fast, so I used the "next step" i/o "play".

I have 14k notes in a @npub1ukv…jwnz store and have had no issues at all syncing via WebDAV and four devices using an aging Apache configuration.
For reasons (stupidity comes to mind) I thought I'd modernise a bit and use Caddy. Since yesterday PM I'm seeing notes disappear, Joplin display errors that sync cannot continue b/c Failsafe, and whatnot.
Re-installed Joplin twice on macOS and a fresh download all shows nothing.
Now back to Apache, and all is back to working!
