Things you can influence:
- Nutrition (no Alkohol, no processed food)
- Sleep (aim for more then 8 hours of good quality sleep everyday)
- Physical activity (reducing body weight directly decreases blood pressure if overweight)
- reduce mental distress (in my experience, there is a high contribution of mental distress to high blood pressure, especially in women)

I like the App, the Bitcoin only approach is a big plus, but in the EU, the fees for one time purchases are to high in comparison.
