Mycena "sp-AZ03" that Scott Ostuni spotted near Fox Mountain, Colorado last year. I just got a sequence of it back from Mycota Lab. This probably undescribed species currently only known from Colorado and Arizona.

An undescribed bioluminescent Mycena from Mycena sect. Sacchariferae, closely related to Mycena asterina found a few days ago in Monteverde, Costa Rica. Like Mycena asterina, only the cap glows.

Inocybe "citrifolia", an undescribed Inocybe from California, Oregon and Idaho. This species is easy to identify due to its orange color scheme.

Mycena sp. 'amicta-HRL01' - A species in the Mycena amicta group with only two observations on iNaturalist, both in the east bay area, California, USA. This species has blue colors on the lower stem, an amazing stem texture due to abundant caulocystidia and a separable gelatinous pellicle.
Collected November 23, 2020 on the UC Berkeley campus and sequenced recently by @mycota.lab.

Sarcodes sanguinea found yesterday in the Tahoe National Forest. This mycoheterotrophic plant parasitizes Rhizopogon ellenae and is endemic to California, northern Bana California and southern Oregon and fruits in the spring, often near morels.

Ps. aztecorum from the volcanic forest of Nevado de Toluca, Mexico.
This beautiful species was first described in 1958 by mycologists Gastón Guzmán and Roger Heim. The species name aztecorum translates to "of the Aztecs," paying homage to the ancient Aztec people, who are believed to have used this species ceremonially.
Ps. aztecorum primarily occurs in high-elevation coniferous forests of central Mexico, where it grows on woody debris often among pines, firs and Senecio cinerarioides. In Mexico it occurs at altitudes between 9,500 and 12,500 feet, occurring in cooler, alpine environments. Recently this species has been found (and verified by DNA barcoding) in California, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona and Southeastern Canada.
This species is closely related to Ps. serbica and Ps. caeruleorhiza, two other macroscopically similar woodlovers. The literature says that it is closely related to Ps. baeocystis and Ps. quebecensis - however Ps. baeocystis is a distant relative which is closer to Ps. semilanceata and Ps. quebecensis is a synonym of Ps. aztecorum.

Psilocybe hoogshagenii from Pastaza, Ecuador - growing on the ground near some coffee plants.
Guzman's 1983 monograph places this in section Cordisporae, however DNA barcode results show that it is actually in section Mexicanae.
