I’m running my Lightning node on Umbrel.
I’ll be honest, it’s still kinda clunky to get properly functioning channels and keeping them balanced in my experience.

You have to upload the pic you want to use so that it’s publicly available on the web.
If you have a gmail account you can create a blog post using blogger, publish it and copy image link.
I’m sure there are better, more elegant solutions but this one works
