It’s not required, just an option. If you feel like using a browser extension (recommended if not using the remote signer), or just plugging in your nsec directly into the web app (not recommended, unsafe) you still have those options in “advanced login”

Try moving some sats around using your current wallet. The problem is that we are sending an incorrect invoice based on your balance. Sending a few small zaps will change your balance and potentially fix this issue.
Please lmk if this is not the case

I believe you just need to recreate the Alby connection on your Browser.
You can do this by accessing your settings and logging out. Once you’ve done this try login again and the connection should be recreated.

Can you please confirm exactly what’s happening with your mute list?
Just so that you know, if you’re seeing muted words in your “latest” feed, this is expected since you are following these users. If you follow a user and they post content with your muted words, the content will appear anyways. (Following users overrides mute lists)
If this is not the case, that you are seeing muted words from users you are not following, let me know.

Try connecting the Alby wallet via NWC. I believe Alby provides this service and it’s much more reliable than extensions imo.
To connect your connection string to Primal, access the settings -> “connected wallets” and paste your string.

We are running a custodial wallet service. This information is what’s required by law for us to custody your funds.
However the good news is in Primal 3.0 (launching this week), we are upgrading to a self-custodial wallet which won’t require any KYC information. Hope this helps.

After a thorough investigation, we’ve found that there seems to be nothing wrong with your account. We can see many successful uploads from your account, including one from yesterday. You absolutely have not been banned from our system.
With that being said, could you try logging in using another app? (Example sign in to Primal Web primal.net)
Are the clock settings on your phone set to anything other than local time? If so, this could be triggering the issue.
