How we interact with social media, how we communicate got trained over the years and is deeply embedded in our systems. Yes, many people are trained to hunt for dopamine on social media. And NOSTR proves that this doesn't necessarly work anymore.
People don't post for likes (dopamine), here on nostr:
People post for zaps (yes still dopamine).
And everybody knows the saying: "You wouldn't zap a car crash."
That's why people think more before posting, which is a blessing, but also post less because of that (can also be a blessing to be honest ---> signal > noise

Our schools need more heart, less intellect.
Todays people are sick because they solve everything with their intellect, but i.e. emotional intelligence is hardly looked at. It's even called a mere "soft" skill...

There is tremendous scientific evidence that humans are good by nature. Excluding a small percentage of psychopaths.
And: many people who say they are 100% good and 0% psychopath are usually the dangerous ones, because of a lack of selfreflection.

we are not outcasts. here on nostr we are our comfort bubble. and it is totally ok to retreat to your comfort bubble. for your nervous system, for your sanity, for your precious life.
and of course, as nostr grows, it becomes many bubbles within a bubble. That's why we constantly adapt to new situations. our frequency changes, so we choose different frequency bubbles.
When you say that everyone betrayed you, maybe they gave you a reality frequency/vibe check ;-)

Yesterday morning i went to a neighbour who has a big fig tree.
I asked if i can pick figs.
She said yes.
Actually she was happy that i asked because she has so many.
Came home with more than a bucket full of figs😍
