So they ban under 16s from social media, speaking to people on gaming consoles and they making all mobile phones youth accounts BUT
They will allow your child to play GTA 5 where you can steal, kill and shag all in one sitting on you child’s PS5
You can tell the UK government are not in it for the safety of children and just want to see who is behind accounts

Although I have been on here since beta, just not used the app for a little while due to work commitments 🙂

Loving the updated look of Nostr
Feels more fresh, just wish there were less posts about Bitcoin and more about everyday stuff
Yes Bitcoin is king but I want to see other things too 😝😇

Today’s generation is full of people that can not deal with their emotions
They instantly get angry and flee debates or get violent
We have bred a generation that will start ww3 because a debate didn’t go their way! https://video.nostr.build/aeb39b0e5e5d167e5e30fe6c5166876d777f6d6aea4895787acb3ca950db804b.mov

Want an alternative to google or bing search engines?
What to support decentralised platforms?
Want your privacy respected?
Use https://presearch.com/
It runs on nodes around the world that you can set up too, it’s great for finding out things on the net that’s not controlled by the Elites!

He made comments about it in order to stop bots (so he says)
I think it’s a ploy to get IDs from everyone so people will be less inclined to speak out more freely in fear (that’s my opinion)
He is killing the platform anyway so making it paid would just be the nail it needs to seal it tbh https://image.nostr.build/06804455e501e45ea7c71e0e0b2146a4462c20f4e615bd26696a914f8cc39cdc.jpg

😡 Grrrr Elon is going to make Twitter a fully paid app
So that’s me out, there is no way I’m paying to use a service and offer my ID to globalist elites!
I need to follow more people on here from the UK so I can see more news around it!
Comment if you are in the UK and I’ll follow you!

Something big is going to happen to bitcoin
Miners are going to be forced to run updated cores that allow confiscation of bitcoin to comply with the regulations being put in place around the world
I know those that run nodes can just refuse to run the updated core but I fear there will be a huge push for a core update next year
Thank investors in them mining companies as it’s them that will cause this upset…

Santander, HSBC and now Netwest have limited how much you can buy or just banned buying from exchanges in the UK
The word is more are to follow this action
Max £5k per week can be sent to exchanges on NatWest, whereas HSBC and Santander banned it I believe

If banks block crypto, is P2P the only option? (UK banks have started blocking off and on routes)
I think we are going to find out this year…

Can relays be blocked by nostr? Say if a relay has politics/views the developers do not like can they just stop the app connecting to it?
