This island won’t pamper you.

Last year I came here to unplug.
No phone. No plan. Just hikes, silence, saltwater and deep exhale energy.

I saw a post saying that people can detox the COVID jab from their body. So I asked ChatGPT if that’s actually possible and at first, it said no.

💼 What do I think about Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab?
Let’s look at each one separately — not with conspiracy hype, but with truth and transparency.

Raw Cacao Almond Energy Balls 🍫🥥
(with doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil 🍊)
Perfect for a quick snack, pre-workout boost, or a healthy dessert alternative!
Ingredients:
• 🥜 1 cup raw almonds
• 🌰 8–10 Medjool dates, pitted
• 🍫 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
• 🥥 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 🧂 Pinch of sea salt
• 🍊 4 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Instructions:
1. 🌀 Blend almonds in a food processor until oils release and the mixture sticks to the sides.
2. 🌴 Add dates and process again until it becomes sticky and dough-like.
3. ✨ Add cacao, coconut oil, sea salt & Wild Orange oil — blend until well combined.
4. ✋ Form small balls with damp hands.

Yesterday during training, I tweaked my leg and woke up this morning feeling sore, swollen, heavy, and honestly… just off.
So I tuned in. I slowed down.
I measured myself on the bioresonance scanner and guess what it showed?
High inflammation. High acidity. Imbalance in the gut.
Was I surprised?
Not really.

The other day, my friend visited and asked, “Why do you have so many stones around your bed?” No wonder my luggage is always so heavy! 😅
I carry crystals from Brazil, Argentina, Hungary, Slovakia, and now, I’ve added some beautiful ones from Thailand 🇹🇭.
My favorite kit is still from Brazil 🇧🇷, but every crystal has its unique energy and story.
Here’s a breakdown of the crystals in the photo:

It is true that many people lack the ability to say no to certain situation that aren’t pleasant for them. We must understand where the belief of not being your true authentic self is coming from…..usually it’s from limiting beliefs that are deep rooted in an experience from our childhood or a traumatic event.
We may not always have the choice to be in a specific place or situation that is pleasant for us but we always have the choice on how we perceive and act in that situation as what happens within us is the only thing we can have a say on. What happens outside of us is not fully determined by us an individual but as a collective.
So if we can work on being true to ourself, understanding that what is happening outside of us is a reflection of our inside mental/emotion state and have the discernment to only focus our attention on what helps us break our limiting beliefs that are holding us back and instead create positive thought processes that build new beliefs that allow us to see the beauty in all of life and see unpleasant situations as opportunities to further grow and evolve into your true authentic self (a spiritual being of love and light).
This is not easy by all means and take time and dedication, just like everything else in life. But it’s better to put the our attention and effort into something else that will improve us rather than keep us in the same place with little growth. Either choice of life take consistency and commitment to stay on that path, whichever way we choose. So let’s make the choice of personal, spiritual and emotional growth and evolution.
This is just my opinion which doesn’t mean much and everyone should do whatever makes them feel their best selves at all moments of life 💕
