I would be careful with this line of thinking. That’s exactly what the string pullers think of us. Most of what you are describing are reactions to conditioning people have received. I may be wrong, probably will be, but options are expiring end of month, no one is in the money, there seems to be little demand, there is tons of selling for some reason, MSTR is causing a lot of forced liquidations, STH basis got dipped below. Long run it’s meaningless, but lots of short term headwinds. Just my thoughts.

There is a massive delevering going on. The entire economy, stock market, bond market, credit market; it is all a total fraud. All of it. There is not one real market signal out there outside of #bitcoin . Either prices of everything plummet and takes less Bitcoin to buy things at a lower fiat valuation, or they juice the system and #bitcoin inflates 10x faster than everything else. Caught up with a buddy this week whose roommate was mining in 2011. He sold it all and blew it on all the trappings life has to offer. He was in super early, but never understood it. He had to get it at the price he deserved with the rest of us. Almost all of us have a story of hearing about it 10 or more years ago. Where the government bails itself out. In all seriousness though, these should be much less risky than the subprime stuff of the early 2000s. Existing homeowners, LTV capped at 80%, and real underwriting (in theory) should help make credit risk much more reasonable. This is just a windfall to people already doing fine to help “stimulate” the economy. Keynesianism at its finest.
