@nprofile…gm8h the problem I've found is that produce isn't required to even label that Apeel is on the food.
Even stuff labeled "organic" is not immune, not like the #organic tag means much, it only means the product has 30% of its ingredients or production time were "organic".
Best method I've found is to go by texture of the products skin & UV light fluorescence after through washing of the produce. Neither are perfect, the texture one requires prior knowledge of how its supposed to feel.

Every few years the system expands, many brands have come & died, but of the 7 different Axis models I've used ranging from $300-$2400, they always work & have good support for updates. Panasonic has been good too, those are 5MP models from '15.
I've had many Vivotek failures, fuck those guys, bad reliability, weird sensor & memory faults, 5 died.
