Two full days of work went into this one shot-one for setting up, testing, and figuring out the perfect lighting, and another for high-end manual editing. No shortcuts, no quick fixes. Hello, amazing folks! 📸👋 Today, I'm bringing you a treat for your eyes - my very first stop-motion adventure with these delectable cinnamon almonds from iamnatpt! 😍
But first, let me give you a peek behind the curtain and share the amusing mishaps that unfolded! 😂
1️⃣ Oops #1: The camera was set up on the wrong side of the notebook, and I had to pull off some C-stand acrobatics 49 times! 🤣🥋I kicked the camera stand by accident after 6 frames thinking that it would be OK. It was not - discovered that when finished. 🙈 That’s why the first frames are all over the place.
2️⃣ Oops #2: I forgot to lock the exposure and switch to manual mode on the light. This led to some frames being brighter and some darker. 🌗📸
But don't worry, I didn't let these hiccups get me down. 🙅‍♂️ I was determined to salvage the project in post-production!
🖌️ With a little Photoshop magic (admittedly, I ran out of time and motivation to make it perfect), I managed to rescue this culinary masterpiece.
And here's the exciting part: this is just the start of my stop-motion journey! 💪💫 We all have to begin somewhere, and I assure you, it's only going to get better from here.
Next time, I'll ensure the almonds take center stage without any more camera stand and lighting mishaps! 🌰🎥✨
