I just realised that my knee injury had a negative impact on my mental health.
Being in the gym 2-3 times a week, disconnected, punching and kicking, and focusing on improving my skills was such a great thing for my mental health.

The update on this one...
Both jars failed to turn into kefir, after 24 hours.
The regular whole milk was just a soury milk, probably because of the kefir I added to it.
The Jersey Milk developed a bit of yoghurty texture on top, along with milk fat, but still not kefir.
Gonna give them a few more hours and that'll be it.
Next time I try to make kefir, I'll just use kefir grains 😄

Apparently, you can use a small amount of kefir to mix with milk and make new kefir.
Ideally, I'd like to make something that actually tastes decent and is smooth.
I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of trial and error, and I might have to try and use kefir grains, but it's a fun endeavour 😄

Yesterday evening, for the first time, I tried to make kefir at home.
I used my favourite store-bought kefir to do it.
Chat GPT said that 30ml of kefir mixed with 250ml of milk is a great ratio.
Made two small jars, one in which I used a generic Tesco whole milk (3.7% fat), and one in which I used Tesco Jersey Milk (4.9% fat).
This morning, after 12 hours, the one using Jersey Milk had some froth on top, while the generic milk did not and it appeared to have not started fermentation.
This evening, I'll see if it was a success or a complete failure 😄
Anyone else on here who makes kefir at home this way? Got any tips for me?

I've had this business idea for a few years now and I'd like to get serious about it.
It has the potential to have multiple streams of income, because the operations complement each other very nicely.
The elevator pitch sounds something like this:
"We turn restaurant food waste into value by raising pasture-raised chickens on a natural diet of black soldier fly larvae. This sustainable approach not only reduces waste but also produces high-quality eggs, meat, and organic fertilizer."
Problems solved:
1. Sell high quality eggs from pasture-raised chickens that aren't fed fiat food.
2. Reduce the amount of food waste that ends up in landfills, which releases methane, thereby reducing methane
emissions.
3. Turn a waste product into 2 valuable commodities, which are larvae that can be fed to chickens and nutrient-rich organic fertilizer for plants.
The thought process:
Basically, we can't eat waste food, and chickens shouldn't be fed that either.
But black soldier fly larvae can. We can't or shouldn't eat bugs, but chickens do and should, and they're a perfect supplement food for them.
We can and should eat eggs and chicken meat, especially from pasture-raised chickens.
The nutrient-rich organic fertilizer, which is a byproduct of the larvae consuming the waste food, is perfect for helping restore the land where the chickens graze.
Revenue streams from selling
1. Premium eggs
2. Nutrient-rich organic fertilizer
3. Chicken meat (spent hens) for human or animal consumption.
This is an outline of my vision. Hopefully I did a good job in communicating that.
Would like to do this in Greece, by the way, where I plan to move in the near future, as I have family and connections there.

Yeah, I've felt like that, and still do, sometimes.
It's definitely a leftover from the fiat mindset we've been operating our whole lives.
You constantly feel like you're on a treadmill that will never stop, so you better keep running.
I think is healthy to have stacking goals, to keep you in check.
Once you reach certain milestones in your stacking journey, you can dial it down.
I've done that, in the past, and I'm grateful I did, even though I now have less #Bitcoin that I could've.
It important to remember why you're stacking.
Also, if you're stacking because you believe #Bitcoin will go into the millions per coin, then what's the worry?
You'll do great, either way.

Personally, I'd like a lending product similar to that of Unchained's, because we don't have that in the UK.
As far as I know, the lending products we have access to require us to deposit our #BTC with the custodian and trust that they won't rehypothecate it.
Don't know about you, but that don't make me feel safe about my 🌽, and I'm speaking from experience.
The only time I got worried about my #Bitcoin was when I had borrowed against it and it had to stay on the exchange.
