Ok tell me more. I've been nuked off x too many times. I'm looking at farcaster and primal.
Farcaster actually seems pretty cool with miniapps etc, but even with its "high active user count" it feels empty.
By comparison, primal feels way more real and engaging.
What is spasm? How do I use it? Where do I find out more?

I'd argue they arnt all like that, but most are. Eth main net is now immutable, so say for each project has its own tokenomics.
Btc now as opnet, bringing smart contract to btc mainnet, they pair with btc in their launchpad.

My thesis:
BTC Has Colonised ETH Mainnet
Threshold BTC quietly flipped the script.
tBTC works like a hyper‑secure, permissionless fedi — except the “federation” is replaced by randomized, slashed, threshold‑crypto signers. No admins. No keys. No governance backdoors.
And the moment BTC enters through tBTC, something wild happens:

- BTC becomes the monetary base.
- Ethereum becomes the execution layer.

Since everyone was nuked on X, I don't want to go back.
I've been looking for an alternative. The main 2 I've been looking at are Primal and Farcaster.
Primal: BTC based
Farcaster: Eth based
My experience so far:
Farcaster seems to be a better crypto native app.
It has more bells and whistles.
It has a much bigger user base and eco system.
But...
Farcaster seems more empty so far. Less engaging. It seems harder to build connections with real people.
Primal seems much more engaging and welcoming.
What are your thoughts, what's your experience?

To be fair, this is why Vitalik said they were moving away from L2s for scaling. They simply were not interested in advancing their decentralizatio, so they have gone back to scaling on Eth Mainnet.
