Man könnte auch einfach die Mitarbeiterzahl deutlich kürzen. Dann spart man sich nicht nur den Anbau.
Gerne auch so, dass im Bestandsgebäude Platz frei wird. Vielleicht könnte man dort noch ein paar Flüchtlinge unterbringen.

Teil bitte mal ein paar Tipps oder Rezepte.
Ich habe mich vor einiger Zeit auch am Sauerteig versucht. Die Brote waren ganz gut, aber gerade Brötchen wurden nie so richtig gut. Aktuell pflege ich keinen Sauerteig mehr, aber nach deinen tollen Bildern bekomme ich wieder Lust.

Ich fand es leider sehr schwammig. Klar, könnte man jetzt die Bücher lesen wenn einen das Thema interessiert, aber so war es überwiegend "die reichen mächtigen Kapitalisten ziehen die Strippen und stecken alle unter einer Decke und die Mehrheit sind und bleiben treudoofe Schafe." @nprofile…30nz hat da ja wie immer versucht einen positiven Ausblick zu finden, und etwas zu konkretisieren, ist aber leider nicht ganz gelungen.
Ich freue mich immer über Interviews mit Themen außerhalb der Normiwelt, aber lieber einen kleinen Teil von so einem Komplexen Thema wie Schattenstaat heraus nehmen und diesen dafür dann konkreter beleuchten.

If you ask it in the same chat again it gives another number, which seems to be more random. Probably argues that random should not be two times the same number...

I actually started with a very similar approach using ChatGPT for a python study plan. I think it is a great learning tool and helped me a lot, especially because of exercises and the 1:1 teaching where you can deep dive what ever interests you the most right now.
I am sure I would have learned much more with the current version of ChatGPT (not even special learning AI) and free time instead of school and even university... But that's another topic.
I had a project (finance tracker and planer) I started coding after some lessons.
I later shifted to let ChatGPT write most of the code and make sure I understand all of it and look at the used Syntax etc. There are a lot of logical problems it can't solve in its own, especially when the project gets more complex, so you have to solve these on your own, but for the coding it worked surprisingly well, is fun and keeps me more motivated because I see more rapid results. I used python and streamlit for a web based program I can access through a VPN and also made a small flutter app to save cash transactions.
I agree with your two vibecoding improvement tips and think those are best learned by doing projects and experimenting.
But a third point would be tools. With the rapid evolution of AI I guess there are better AIs for vibecodeing or certain prompts and tricks that streamline the experience. I simply have no overview and am searching for a better entrance in that rabbit hole.

Ahh I see. For that you would have to give the keypair to the user of the other node If you want to make it without onchain transactions. This would mean two people have access to the keys. It would also mean a change of the contract with the other end of the channel so maybe consensus should be needed.
It should be possible to do it with only one onchain transaction instead of two though.
One end of the channel could pay for a special mainchain transaction and the other end can decide within the htlc-time if he wants to accept the change or close the channel.

I think that will work out for "charity" / helping people who struggle aswell.
People want to give and help.
Helping someone directly, especially when they provide something (wisdom, art etc.) makes charity organisations where you pay the organisation and hope they give something along obsolete.
