I don't know the exact cause, I've pretty bad palpitations since about 2019, and auto immune issues with gluten since 2016. The auto immune issues around gluten started when the Air Force gave me the HPV vax in 2016. It's one of the reasons i vowed to never get the covid one or any other one and got fired for it in 2021.
But the palpitations.... they were always way worse if i ate anything other than meat and fruit. And I needed fruit, because I had tried meat only for a little stint and that made it worse, because without the fruit your cortisol levels stay high all the time and it's rough on your heart.
I'm not sure why the allergies to the other things came around but they did, and i couldn't even use beeswax chapstick at one point because of the honey allergy and what not...

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me a few months back. I've had a complete turnaround in my health since. People who have known me the last few years know I was going through some major health issues. This note was really at a time where I felt like I was looking death in the eye. At this point I've gotten to the other side of it.
Side note: Through nothing short of a miracle, I am also no longer allergic to Rice, Honey, or Dairy anymore. 🙏

Ecash definitely not necessary for this. If you're using Android, Amethyst and Primal both have one tap zaps and NWC support (which allows you to pull from a wallet that is external to the Nostr client)

Zeus needs to get way easier for normies and less error prone.
Alby Hub seems right over the target for making an easy to run lightning node for all platforms, but will be beholden to the same issues as mutiny if they ever decide to shut it down, LN address and 'account wise'.
Phoenix needs to open up their app to selfhost the LSP and launch in USA again.

I voted for him in 2016 to Drain the Swamp and because he was the Anti-War candidate. I voted for him in 2020, begrudgingly, because I thought there wasn't a better candidate. I watched on Election night and went to sleep with him clearly winning, and woke up to "two more weeks to count votes", because it was rigged. Coldcard Q is supposed to be capable of ephemeral seeds supposedly, right? but you couldn't make a seedqr export system because you'd rather milk 3 purchases out of your customer than build something cost effectively.
If you wanted to be creative and different, You could even just make make seedqrs that are backing up BIP39 passphrases for one single seed stored on the device, so you can still claim to need your secure chip bs while using the effective method of QR based multisig that saves your customer money
