I'm not sure myself where this is going, but I think it's worth thinking about.
This guy read your post, thought it sounds like AI and maked you as an AI. Now you probably don't care about this, because this is nostr and you don't make your living from your posts. But imagine someone building their existence as a content creator being accused of AI generated content.
I recently had an experience were I was working on a group project for university. I was highlighting some words on the document we were working on to improve readability and shift the focus to the important passages. Normally I don't do this, but in this case it made sense. But the other guys told me "this looks like AI, remove it". So in the end we submitted a worse document for fear of being accused to copy paste LLM answers.
It's going to be interesting to see how this will develop in the next years.

Highly doubt they have the budget to train their own AI from scratch. Most likely they took some open source model and tweaked it a bit. But who knows.

Unfortunately they are really non transparent with which models they are using. What good is privacy from proton if they are using the Claude api in the background. Not very open source of them.

I know most people on here have a preference for gold standard architecture. I mostly agree, but somewhere deep in my heart there is a soft spot for how these towering fiat cell bocks look at night. It's hard to explain, but somehow they just have this calming effect on me.

Hm, sounds like it might still work at high doses. But more evidence needed.

Yesterday I competed at a local BJJ tournament and was able to win gold in both the +92 kg advanced category and the open class.
Waking up that day I actually felt terrible. I had about 3 hours of sleep, so my reaction time was slow and every movement felt exhausting. It was obvious that I couldn't afford a single mistake, if I ended up in a bad position I would be stuck there and not have the energy to get out.
So I employed a very conservative strategy, always prioritising my position and it paid of. Out of my 5 Matches I won 4 by submission and 1 by points and only had a total of 2 points scored against me.
I think there is a lesson to learn here that goes beyond just sports, sometimes the amount of energy you have is not as important as the way that you use it. I had other tournaments were I felt great stepping on the mat but wasted my energy dominating the first two matches, ending up exhausted for the important matches. Something to think about.
Anyway, I think I will post some full matches with some more analysis in the coming days, but here is a little highlight reel.

I think this is funny, because it highlights the ridiculous conclusions that you come to if you only interpret data through a single lense. If you only look for CIA involvement everywhere you look you will always find some points that you can use to justify your conclusion, while ignoring any counter evidence.
Ironically the two primary Jewish schools of thought at the time of Jesu's life suffered from the same problem. The Pharisees were so focused on fulfillling their laws and the Sadducees were so focused on their temple cult and political meddling that they did not see Jesus for who he was. Even though they could witness his miracles they decided to kill him.
The law and temple cult were good things, but because they made them the sole focus of their worldview, they were unable to process data that did not fit that framework. We can learn from these mistakes and develop an awareness for the limitations of our worldview.

Now that I'm loading these zercher squats a little heavier I notice, that they are more of a hip hinge - squat combo rather than a pure squat. I'm not sure what to think of that.
I actually forgot to record a set with less weight, so just imagine this is 90 KG (198 lbs) because BTC was at 91.3 K.
