But "fabricating medical records", which OpenAI's Whisper speech transcription has been proven to do *frequently*, seems like at least malpractice due to gross negligence, and possibly insurance fraud.
I can't imagine a jury will protect a doctor or their medical license if their lying machine transcription service put something false but material in someone's medical record, which then caused them grievous harm in an emergency.
