Ah, I better understand now, your addresses are doxed unless you use a private node. Your IP is doxed no matter what for price discovery (which is reasonable).

A brief, but revealing, transcript of an interview with Zbigniew Brzezinski (one of the founders of the Trilateral Commission) with respect to Operation Cyclone – a CIA operation in which American (and Saudi) money was funneled to the ISI (Pakistan's Intelligence Agency), to be spent radicalizing and arming the Mujahideen to suck the USSR into a "Vietnam" conflict.

The funding of the op continued over decades and increased to the tune of billions. Part of the playbook was going after the education system to spread anti-Soviet dogma and encourage jihad –
"The majority of the book’s 41 lessons glorify violence in the name of religion. “My uncle has a gun,” reads the entry for the letter T, using the Pashto word for “gun,” “topak.” “He does jihad with the gun.”" (http://america.aljazeera.com/articles/2014/12/7/afghan-fighters-americantextbooks.html)
