The only sauna I can use is at my gym. I usually sit for 10-15 minutes after a workout, followed by a cold shower. I have not tried cycling but you've interested me.
There is a sign in the sauna saying something like, "do not pour water on the rocks as this will damage the electrical unit. Violators will have their memberships revoked." Is there any merit to this, or are they just being dumbasses?

it was earlier this year. pretty much followed raspibolt.org guide for node setup. ran lnd, rtl, zeus. I had maybe 4 channels, might have needed more?
I wanted to try stacking with robosats to help with liquidity but never got that far. maybe just gave up too quickly
