Less formatting and rewiring and more like resetting to factory settings, or letting go of the meaning/identity you attribute to yourself.
It’s not a framework within which to think, or something to work towards. It is just like dropping all of the self prescribed ailments you have and not allowing those self limiting beliefs to prevent you from blossoming into what you could be.
Almost everyone does this, refers to their negative tendencies as if they’re set in stone e.g. I’m a worrier, overthinker, emotional person, loser etc.
I don’t remember which film it was, but did you ever see that opening to a Bruce Lee film where he’s talking to a young student “It's like a finger pointing away to the moon. Do not concentrate on the finger or you will miss all of the heavenly glory!”

Are we conditioned by society to believe that all dictatorships are bad, and that democracy is superior?
The older I get, the more western politics feels like a cycle of different faces with none really held to account for any outcome because the cause of whatever mishap was set into motion by their predecessors etc.
Singapore have thrived under a dictatorship and sort of dictatorships are celebrated and revered in other contexts e.g. Queen of England and sports team managers/coaches.
Unworthy dictators are rejected by the people, it seems that to have a chance at running a country well, 4 years is not enough.

I haven’t been able to purchase crypto in the UK for months now.
3 banks I use have decided I’m not responsible to make the decision to buy crypto.
I was a gambler for years and regularly lost 80% of my salary.
They had no issue with me gambling my money then.
The existence of crypto threatens the existence of traditional banking.

The lack of endless “how to” do this basic thing threads with their endless comments from people trying to “add value” and leech off the reach of larger accounts.
The lack of divisive content landing in your newsfeed that has been selected to entrap people by an algorithm.
Nostr has done a lot already to restore my faith in humanity.

I agree with that. I’m not saying it shouldn’t be held in high regard, people can do what they like. Suppose I just entered the space via different currencies and feel that I’ve missed something that would cause me to have a similar view of it. The lighting network use case and potential alone is something I can’t think of any other currency offering currently, not even fiat.

The only alarm that ever worked for me was this. It is as loud as a jet engine and comes with a vibrating plate for underneath your mattress. It wakes up everyone in your house and street though. Worth it if you’re sadistic like me 😂

Yeah I always struggled similarly. Difficult to let go but just have faith in yourself and you’ll get where you’re capable of going. Dropping things isn’t necessarily negative, it’s just a part of trial and error. You’ll stick with the right thing when you find it!

It’s daunting to try to implement habits etc in my experience. Focus on the long-term vision and then act in accordance with it, one decision at a time. Don’t expect to be perfect but as long as you’re headed in that direction intentionally, you’ll be alright. You seem to naturally want to improve, so you will. It just takes time and patience.
