I've been unable to use Primal to sign into HiveTalk. Here's a shot from a mobile. It feels like it's working, but at the last step, doesn't log into Nostr. I can log into nostr/hivetalk with alby extension, no problem whatsoever. But if I try to login via 'other key stores (Primal app), i just get ambient music, but Im not logged in on HuveTalk. Is ths primal login working for you?

The person (subject) who zapped me (relative clause describing the noun person) is (verb 'to be') very nice (adjective describing the subject. i.e The person)
Good example. Your example is a defining relative clause (it defines which person), so we don't need a comma. In a non-defining relative clause, we DO need a comma (E.g. I spend a lot of time on Nostr, which is Bitcoin-powered social media)

Nah, nothing clever like that! I love seeing how powders/liquids react in strong electric fields. I suppose the little flakes of powder get electrically charged, then fly to the other electrode, then get charged there, then fly back, over and over again. Both borax (.10H2O) and copper sulphate (.5H2O) have lots of water molecules inside, and I do wonder if the water molecules help create this effect.

It's super, and I think HiveTalk will quickly see lots of new users provided that one click is all that's required to get you in the room. I will certainly start using it for ALL my students as long as I can be sure that all they need to do is click on my link. I now see that Honey does (almost) work with one click, but Irina did have some difficulty with it yesterday. I remember that with Vanilla, neither of us even needed to be signed into Nostr, so in that way, Vanilla is quicker and easier.
I already pay for a Zoom subscription, but I'd rather pay (with Bitcoin) for a HiveTalk subscription. Zoom is like Amazon or Google- corporate communism! Consider me a definite subscriber if you do go down that route.

Oh, I see! I had no idea; that must be very frustrating. We both love using HiveTalk, and the1-link-1-click for entry on Vanilla made it really easy to get my students (regular Zoom users) to try something newer and better. Maybe increase the idle time to ten minutes? Or demand a micropayment for idling more than 5 mins? Sometimes (nay, often!) students come to class late, but I would pay a few sats to wait longer. I would happily pay a subscription to ensure my rooms weren't closed.
I will try Honey again in a few days, perhaps with my twin, and I suppose it'll be easier the second time round. I'm sure we made a few mistakes yesterday - I am useless when it comes to computers! And I will keep you posted with feedback

We have just tried Honey. It works great in terms of video conferencing. Fantastic. The MAIN reason I prefer Vanilla is because I found it SO EASY to invite students (who are usually NOT on Nostr) to the class - all they needed was a link. Honey makes the process more complicated; there are more barriers to overcome before you can get into the video conference. It took us 15 minutes to get Honey working, but Vanilla usually takes 30 seconds (1 link, 1 click). I am happy to always use Honey, but the process for onboarding students, many of whom have never heard of Nostr, should be as smooth and as easy possible (and Vanilla made it smooth and easy - 1 click, and you are inside)

Meh! Einstein was an incorrigible plagiarist and philanderer who dumped his Serbian wife, who may have actually discovered the photoelectric effect, to marry his cousin. I don't like the guy, and I reckon his theory of relativity is unconvincing 🤪
