MY call isn't about gooners. Shit is well known in not a fan, but I'll just block em.
My call was for you to do something so actually illegal shit is spammed into my home and getting it killed, my only active mod having their life taken over to try and put out the fires.
It's one simple fucking thing, and it's not even YOUR instance, it's choccy, and now Maia since choccy has gone dark. If you refuse to run it then give Maia the power to do so.

2026-08-25 13:09:20 UTC

How the fuck did "cp spam is a problem cause random jackass can join" into this?
I just wanted the only person with the ability to do it, to fucking choose the registration.
I miss choccy. Choccy gave a shit about the community and put in the effort. Without any drama, choccy kinda saved my life by making this place and it's going to shit cause I've person won't do one thing that would take infinitely less energy than arguing for an hour.

Following the chain of events I'd guess one of 2 things probably happened.
Weed made brain less good so you looked at shit and saw a dumpster fire.
Or.
Weed made you so relaxed the intrusive thoughts that usually sit in the back got to be center stage.
Either way, breathing, talking to irl people, and showing them.

Listening to the radio I've noticed something.
All the *"romance"* songs from a couple decades ago were either "you're replaceable"(female singer) or "I just wanna get laid"(male singer).
All the CURRENT popular songs life this are all "omfg I need a HUSBAND(as in the degree of commitment and dynamics)" (female), and "omfg I need her in my life however she'll take me" (male).

*Bellows man*
In an English town there lives the broad man who's duty is to keep the town warm ensuring the coal furnace beneath the towel still burns. He must enter dark and winding tunnels pussy burning exhaust to check the main furnace.
There's something that lives down there though and it doesn't take kindly to visitors
The dream was "the bellows man" and I'm the dream there was this Victorian type of industrial town nestled in the mountains of the UK (they don't really have those but whatever).
Anyway, the bellows man was the job title of a man who kept the coal furnaces of the town running. A new bellows man has arrived in town, wearing a soft blue coat he meets with the crier who tells him he'll show him to the furnace, but only once because there terrible things in the dark.
On their walk the bellows man asked about that terrible things and the crier gets evasive eventually only saying "the last bellows man left after his wife died. Terrible way to go. Awful things in the dark".
They enter a nondescript building a take the stairs down.
Down down, deeper into the bowels of the mountains, the stairs give way to hewn stone, a large tunnel, large enough for a truck.
The silence is oppressive but the bellows man dares not speak. A weak light comes from his guide as they make their way deeper.
In the distance there's a soft rumble and in a hushed, fearful whisper the crier says "we're almost here" in the middle of the wall is a massive iron door, blackened all around and oppressively hot.
"All you need do is feed the beast. Then go home. Just a little every day."
He opens a hatch in the bottom of the door and fire blows out, the fires light in the tunnel, the crier grabs a shovel of coal and tosses it through the door, "just like that. Couple of those and you're done".
The bellows man makes the trip every day for a week .
The next time he goes down on the 8th day the shadows follow him. The creeping darkness is right at his heels.
He condensers himself it's nothing. Just his nerves.
But he can't let it go. The Townies keep their distance. Polite but noticeable.
Then his ear catches a murmured phrase "the stalking shadows are back"... "Gonna get another one, poor man".
The crier greets a new bellows man, dressed in a light grey coat he leads him to the darkness "why did the last bellows man leave?"
The crier murmurs "not like he chose to".

move I know of. e2e usually packets stuff if I understand it right, so idk how that would actually work on a steam with a shit ton more data being spread out to a bunch of different end points. My limited understanding says this shit would be a big deal cause I don't think there's a good way to do it right now.
Forget illegal shit or risky shit, this would protect anyone from being harassed, or shut down mid stream, would make govt censorship harder etc.
This would be good for everyone, but it doesn't exist so I assume it's too hard for the amount of interest there is

The dollar sign is an s. Why? Apparently cause it's for the SPANISH peso.
So PS was shortened to a line through an S to represent the p, cause Spanish trade was more important than the peso. Spanish silver used to be the gold standard. Literally. Spanish silver was the standard for backed currency. So Americans saw the $ everywhere and just started using it for dollars. Officially adopted in 1780 (ish) and I guess everyone else just copied the Americans. So S = dollars. Cause of pesos.
