I can’t speak for others but I rarely lose matches and I’ve played around 2.3/4k elo. Watching videos is cool but if you want to improve your game you need presence of mind and manipulation/suggestion skill.
It’s always imperative that you feel as if you have a good read on the opponent, but more importantly, you need to not telegraph. Your opponent perception of what you’re planning or the reasoning behind your choices can be more powerful that fully understanding their intent.
Play proactive, not reactive.
Make moves that entice your opponent into believing they are reading your intent, in that manner you yourself gain a better read on their moves, because if they are confident they see ahead of your choices, you can more easily predict theirs.

Senator Chris Murphy called it out plainly and is pushing legislation to ban this. Rep. Ritchie Torres has already introduced a bill that would bar federal officials from trading on prediction markets tied to government policy . Even TMZ reported that people at a DC restaurant were openly discussing the Iran bombing hours before it happened.
This isn’t a prediction market. It’s a war profiteering machine with a crypto veneer, and the Trump orbit built themselves a front-row seat.

I'm finishing off an app I made to leverage tools for humanity's biometric zkp as "verified human" proof. It's similar to nostr/x/fb... the userbase in that ecosystem didnt have a viable social platform, so I built them one, and they can even send eachother the token they all use on the "worldchain". I got a lot of shit from my friends because of the target userbase, sam altman, biometrics, etc but... It got me up to speed on modern development! I did the full stack myself, I didnt fork or use other people's code so I'm happy. Next im rolling it into their mini-app kit, so the pwa will load in the world app as well as exist as an external dapp, and, those two will still share the same database/env and be able to interact.
4 months of coding, aint seen a cent but... maybe ill get lucky and they'll give me a grant/reward they have some posted on their docs that I can apply for/submit for approval. shrug
