As my findings in my #GeneticProgramming research are becoming more and more thorough, I have started to document them. The main problem in my runs is still lack of diversity.
PS: It could be nice if we could write papers in some dialect of #markdown
PS2: These writings are for myself to remember where am I and where I'm going. No academic paper yet :)

Privacy folks, and FOSS advocates has been telling about such these days to people from the first very beginning. Telegram is better than WA, sure. But we need decentralization and E2EE.

Hello! Can you suggest some futurism scifi movie or series which doesn't include nudity? I've been watching #westworld from #nolan but I'm thinking of giving up in favor or something else.

How many favorite #FOSS games do you have which compete with non FOSS games in consuming your *playtime*?
IMO, FOSS games are one of the things FOSS advocates pay less attention to.
If you are not a Linux/Unix user and still have favorite FOSS game, please don't come shy!
BTW, let us know what FOSS game(s) do you enjoy!
Please boost for wider reach!

Let's see how many Muslims are out there on Fediverse. Are you a #muslim?
#Islam #Religion #God
Please boost it so we can have more accurate statistics.

#Minetest version 5.9.0 is out with great features! Including but not limited to #god_rays improved rendering performance and some #Lua APIs some of us game developers were waiting for!
If you are still on #Minecraft try #Minetest out. It's not as good as Minecraft, yet. But has come a long way till now. And the keyword is "yet" ;)

I am classifing Linux as a multi decade hype. A new type of hype which lasts for few decades then vanishes.

Sometimes it occurs to me if some things I invest time and effort into, are just long time hypes... I am looking at #Linux and #Matrix.

I am trying to scan an entire disk using grep. On Linux I simply did it. It took few hours for a 500G old HDD. On FreeBSD, as I try to do grep /dev/ada0 the process gets killed(by OOM?) after some time.

Hello from #nomadbsd!
For me as a #Linux user, everything worked as expected. It hasn't been long since I've booted it, though. #Minetest works perfectly fine on #BSD! People always said BSDs are not much compatible with new hardwares. They also had told configuring #Wifi is a pain on #FreeBSD. But they've been wrong! Looking forward to see if #DeltaChat works.
The only thing which doesn't work as expected, is behavior of #grep comparing to the #GNU version.
