Like, being a beautiful woman is fun, but millions of women go out into the world looking like nothing much every day and it's fine. It's normal, like, with any luck, someday you'll get old and the best you'll be able to do is impeccably dressed.
So like, you gotta wrap your head around the idea that being ugly is fine, it's neutral, before then, or you'll go nuts.

it's just, if alt text is too much effort? don't do it.
You could use the #Alt4Me hashtag and someone else can write it up for you if you still want things accessable, but you're sacrificing too much quality with chatGPT.

the 2nd one is reasonable because it contextualizes the meme, the first one is not because again, the meme remains without context.
I don't see how putting this through chat got is less trouble than just writing out your own text.

I've seen the results of automatic alt text using an AI, and I would say the results range from missing the point of the image to flat out wrong.
I think blind people and people on slow Internet connections (like me!) don't deserve to be fed automated disinformation, and honestly I would prefer no alt text at all if accuracy is impossible.

Also I wish to acknowledge that baking quiche is "Dad missing behavior" this is one of the meals he'd make with me and my sister when we were little.
Apparently quiche had some kind of unmasculine reputation in the 80's-90's but an egg pie with as much bacon as you want to put in it is actually a pretty hearty meal.

Which is that masculinity is a zen state.
You can't achieve it by grasping for it, the standards set by other people are always shifting, and bowing to the standards of another person is itself unmasculine.
you achieve ultimate masculinity by not giving a shit about what does or doesn't look good to your buddies.

That like, the kind of guy you see on a road bike, as a Harley guy you sir might not see bristling masculinity there, but he thinks of himself as very masculine because he's able to go fast under his own power, like, many of the fun things about riding a motorcycle plus he feels physically strong about it, so they tend to sneer at ebikes because they think ebikes are for lazy people.
Customer boggles at me, I realize I just explained that ebikes are for sissies, so I re-route back to my point

Remembering a moment with a customer at the bike shop, an old grey Harley motorcycle guy from eastern Washington who had come over to try out an ebike because all his hunting buddies had them and they were beating him to the hunting camp.
He was worried that bikes generally weren't very masculine, but step-through bikes especially so (I was trying to sell him a RadRunner because they're good at carrying cargo) and I had to explain that different men achieve masculinity by different ways.
