Between the gift hustle and pre-christmas parties, we often unconsciously cross our own boundaries.
We say yes to things that haven’t truly served us for a long time.
You’re allowed to do less.

What you’re hearing here is a pretty triggering binaural beat. It occurs when two very similar frequencies are played together and overlap. The brain then creates a third frequency — the difference between the two — which results in this flickering sound.

Hey lovely nostr people — it has been a while!
I‘ve been deep into sound healing, giving sessions, growing my business and managing everyday life.
This year has been a miraculous journey with many ups and downs and I am grateful for every step of the way, for all the people that kept cheering me on and for all the kind words.
This christmas season 2025 is very different from other years — for the first time ever I do not have an advent calendar as my preferences in life changed a lot. Instead of regular calendars I simply enjoy a good rest or time for myself (I guess the whole frequency game really DOES change oneself).
Anyways this year I thought of doing my own advent calendar.. a different one… a more meaningful one. One that simply benefits from sound, frequencies, calmness, mindfulness. One that doesn’t add to the stress that’s so very present during these days. One that does opposite: encourage you to DO LESS.
And I want to share this calendar with the world. For everyone that needs it.
This is my invitation: Ditch the family drama, leave the present hustle behind and do something different this year: RELAX & TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF.

The bowls I use are all handmade and the imperfections provide a variety of magical overtones which can be incredibly healing to our nervous system as they resemble tones found in nature.
