What are some recommendations/advice for short on time weightlifting plans? I’ve got a pretty good home gym set up.
(Full time provider, dad of two, one on the way and in EMT school.)
But I still need to lift with limited impact on family.

I know this is a common struggle for Bitcoiners but…
how do you all manage your internal dialogue when hanging out with friends and family that are no-coiners? Do you just take every opportunity to bring it up?
Or are some of you to the point which you’ve either orange pill all those around you, or no longer try to orange pill?
