I don’t agree. I think anything more than 10 Bitcoin is more than enough for the average person long-term.
I’m not interested in buying a multimillion dollar house or an expensive Lambo. I’ve lived a pretty frugal life so far and have found fulfillment and enjoyment in that.

I had an imaginary US dollar value number that I felt that I needed to retire or at least semi retire. Now I denominate my life in bitcoin, and so I realize that I can probably semi retire currently with my current holdings.

Literally everything In Pakistan works on a bribe.
The kid that is standing outside the mall, helping you park your car and watching it for security is paying four separate bribes to different police and government officials to allow him to stand there and help people park their cars and provide security.
He makes only 20% of what his gross revenue is because he has to pay four separate bribes.
They make it impossible to do business here. No wonder people are desperate to leave.

i currently have my own law firm -- it's great, but it greatly limits my time to do hobbies, family time, bitcoin stuff etc
i've long considered getting a fiat job so that i can clock out at 5 pm to focus on things i care about more than practicing law ( don't get me wrong, i love it, but it greatly limits my time)

I'm implementing low time preference planning and execution at my law firm in NYC. I just celebrated 10 years with my own practice. I constantly considered other opportunities during that time, but always stuck it out.
Now, 10 years later, and after hajj, I've solidified my commitment to my firm, hired help to take many things off my plate, and am starting to work more on the business instead of in it.
