I didn't get any brisket this time, but I did get 10 monsterous ribeyes that weigh 2lbs each. Injected most of them with wagyu tallow and they are seasoned and vacuum sealed ready when I want one.
Next time I think I'll just get a whole prime rib.

and you know what Miss, you can make your very own pumpkin spice mead. All you need is a 1 gallon glass jug (with gasser), 3-5lbs of honey, pumpkin spice and wine/champagne yeast. 1-2 months later you'll have mead. I have instructional videos on my youtubes that show you step by step how to make a small batch at home.

I prefer home made jello with great lakes beef gelatin.
So refreshing, so tasty. This was a hibiscus tea jello, which tastes close to cranberry but without any sugar and has it's own list of benefits.
