This documentary is extremely compelling. Especially the testimonies of former Air Force higher-ups. Anyone know of a legit debunking of this film?

One odd thing is that as I'm scrolling through a page, the lines of text have obvious white "tracers" below them.
The pics show other things that aren't looking right:
- Guidelines in InDesign are usually easy to see; now they're extremely thin. Weirdly, after I snipped this screenshot and was resizing the snipping window on my screen, the lines briefly look normal/thicker while I'm resizing the window.
- All text is too thin; easily noticed in the top, left corner of a lowercase "e".

👋 Help!!
My monitor is messed up and I can't figure out how to fix it. (And I have graphic design work to do today. :P)
Mircosoft's "Movie's & TV" app glitched yesterday while I was trimming a video: the system froze, monitor went blank and then was covered with chaotic horizontal colored lines. I power-cycled the monitor and it came back looking...wrong. (Explanation below.)
I've tried restarting everything, checked and messed with all the settings, etc. All those seem normal. Ideas to fix??

For sinuses, the herbal combo is probably more effective, with the fenugreek aiding healthy drainage and lowering inflammation, and the thyme being anti-bacterial/viral and also anti-inflammatory.
For chronic conditions, consider taking for about 6- or 8-weeks and then cycling off for about the same amount of time, since effectiveness can wane with consistent long-term use.

@nprofile…zw4s — speaking of garlic, that could work well for a poultice on your chest. Onion or mustard powder would likely be effective as well. I like to start with a grated potato base and add a pungent ingredient to that.
Poultices are so easy and you possibly have stuff on hand.

It will probably make your sweat smell like maple syrup though! 😆

An expectorant does help move the mucus out. :)
I’ve had situations where I take a cough suppressant at night, to get restful sleep, and then take an expectorant when awake to help move the infection out.
Whenever possible though, I avoid taking a suppressant and just take an expectorant! (Fenugreek works great for us.)
