There have been so many reasons to ditch Microsoft 265, but in the end it's the ridiculously complicated authentication process that has pushed me over the edge.
I'm so frustrated and confused about how to get into my account, without employing other apps and software I don't want to deal with, I don't even know how to close my account down. 🤔🤣
