I don't know how to get help with my life anymore. Getting out of burnout seems hopeless. Everything takes so much energy and communication, and I'm already well past my limits. Every day there's too much stress and pressure and arguing, too many things happening. I feel like I can't even calm down until it stops, but my heart will stop long before the stuff does. Parenting is an absolute disaster. Everyone hates me. I can't do anything right. I hate waking up.

Mercari has a function where you can privately request a specific price for an item. The seller can easily accept or reject this. I requested 10% off a small ticket item, putting it in line with others on the site. Again, no one else on the site can see this exchange. Speaking of breakfast routines, mine is broken. I had roughly the same breakfast every morning for years, and suddenly, I want nothing to do with it. I need a new breakfast that is equally as easy as toast. I can't afford to lose breakfast! Lunch and dinner are pure chaos!
