During Ramadan, I didn’t feel sick even once.
Honestly, I felt pretty good the whole time.
No palpitations, no dizziness.
Alhamdulillah.
This year’s suhoor made a big difference —
I kept it simple with a bamboo steamer dish every day, and my body felt so much better.
MEMO:
I just picked about four kinds of vegetables I like and rotated them.
For dipping, I used mayonnaise (soy-based, cholesterol-free) mixed with good olive oil from Türkiye, lemon, and whole-grain mustard.
I even steamed bagels with the vegetables — they turn perfectly soft and chewy.
And I drank plenty of mint tea.
also had oats with nuts and raisins from Afghanistan,
with yogurt on top,
and finished with Afghan mountain honey.

For Nostr × Bitcoin to work as a real, living economy, more people need to truly understand that — and sellers need to keep going without giving up.
It’s exactly the same with physical stores: opening one is easy, but continuing is the hardest part.
Nostr feels like healthy, well-prepared soil. All that’s left is to keep sowing (even though I’m not participating in business here yet 😅).

SAIFが提案しているのは、単なる技術的なフレームワークに収まらない深い探究の場である。
Digital Orality──
デジタル空間で行き交う私たちの声や証言や語りは、一瞬のうちに生まれ、意味が開かれ、語り手と聞き手のあいだに“現れる”ものとして共有されていく。
そのあり方は、どこかイスラームにおける“啓示の構造” を思い起こさせる。
筆者は、この“啓示に似た構造”がデジタル空間で再び立ち上がっているのをDigital Orality として捉え直したのだろう。
そして、この広がる「啓示構造」の残響は、静かに集まり、ときにうねりとなって、分断されたウンマを再び結び直すべく、私たちに視座の転換を促していくのではないか。
