It seems that its saying that because countries would have to reduce their usd reserves, the usd would be devalued. But at the same time, more positive trade balances would drive dollar up. i am all for the extremes that we are exposed in this commumity: carnivore diet, bitcoin maxi , end the fed … all of that
but i dont stand for this one. completly agree that working women have more infertility rates (makes sense) and its very likely that emancipation was a pretty cleaver way to get twice the tax revenue and therefore i get the “corporate slavery”.
Still , they can actually WANT that life, and i know much of them that do. They like the security of not relying on someone to live their life as much as we do. And its not like they cant find a husband while they work in their 20’s or men will be automatically disgusted once they hit the 30y mark😂

Democracy does not work. The incentives are all wrong.
People will not vote for someone that promises to change the current scenario if that requires first to endure in hard times.
But thats how you fix things. You make some steps backs, you cut costs and make long term investments. For a change in the paradigm is fundamental to have this low time preference.
Instead, politicians are incentivized to promise short term benefits to everyone, and when they get to power, and : or they don’t do that and are boycotted, or they are forced to go through their promises. This pretty much just makes the country worse than it started, less capital is provided for long term investments and debt compounds.
In the end, the people are more poorer, and they demand a change, and the same thing happens.
Politicians are incentived to lie and the plebs are incentivized to demand short term benefits
The sad truth is the majority of voters are not educated enough to vote. But in the end, i stick to democracy values and i will still choose it over any other politican system.
Even though it is severely flawed, its the people in power and they should be, cause it their country

isnt kinda paradoxical to someone be a maxi and not see btc as currency? if you see and predict bitcoin succeding, it pratically means that fiat tend to zero. in that scenario you would be forced to use btc as currency because the other one ($) has no value, which also makes it not a great capital allocation if the underlying currency of valuation is worth nothing
