Protein powder is expensive in most non western countries, just use raw eggs in your smoothies. They have a completely neutral flavour whe raw, cheaper and more.natural, plus it gives the smoothie a nice whisky sour style foam.

I've been travel as semi sovereign individual for 3 years straight and on and off for 5 years before that. I'll be posting random travel tips, and cooking tips for everyone. For starters, do everything you can to stay within a carry on bag plus backpack setup. I can't tell you how freeing and logistically beneficial this is.
