Either I have kids who are tougher on their toys than me and my four brothers, or something in the LEGO formula changed and that plastic got weaker.
I have NEVER seen broken Lego brand bricks before when I was a kid. Like a couple of the flat sheets we had got bent and broken sure or 1x8 poeces, but a 2x4 or 2x3 I would have seen as basically unbreakable.
I have seen more broken pieces like this when picking up with the kids than I ever would have expected. Anyone else notice this?

When there isn't meat to cook with, sometimes the next best thing is the idea of meat. So tallow or bacon fat from the freezer is used in the pan.
Add good eggs, season, turn and flip onto buttered sourdough toast. Topped with a dash of #survivalseasoning and we are good to go! #OOHWEE 🔥🍳

Wow - it appears the Texas education freedon accounts application was approved for my school age children. As a family of eight, we are coming into one the busiest seasons of life with four in the charter program at one time. The main benefits of the free charter school are the cost and curriculum of instruction, but there are big trade offs where class sizes are a fraction of public schools and all activities or sports have extra costs to participate.
This could make a big difference for our family. Monitoring!🙏👀

Yeah it does start to resemble a public ledger, which while neat has its drawbacks.
Payment targets with messages is nice. Could even be given a higher priority for notifications in a client for that sort of use case.

Ran through an air fryer chuck roast cook as a demo - 300F the whole way about 3+ hrs and got it to the target 203F finishing temp. Removed and let it rest down before shredding. I did wrap it in foil towards the end to keep it from getting cooked around the edges. Very tasty!
Not the same as off of the pellet grill, but this is definitely working🔥💪

It's a modified brisket rub recipe from "hey grill hey" to be garlic and onion free, it has:
Coarse ground pepper
Brown sugar
Chili powder
Kosher salt
Paprika
Cayenne

I think I could fit three of these in my little garden space that is in progress. Missed a couple of years of planting and need to get back into the swing of things. Have had a rosemary and thyme plant growing in the ground which has been a nice little supply for us.
Two kennebec towers and one Beauregard would be pretty awesome if I can get up to two harvests a year.

Have had a few of these out of the freezer and I to a glass bowl, then three minutes in the microwave and it comes out pretty great! Going to do so next batch with chicken and beef and some orzo for the grains and sauteed mushrooms I'm thinking for the veg.
Topping them with some of my seasoning when packing up and some finishing salt and they are working! 👍
