Ich liebe dieses Wort "schallern", es ist so schön lautmalerisch. Und eine nette Variante zu dem, was mich angesichts der Weltlage immer öfter überkommt: Leute so richtig schön nach dem Vorbild der Tora verfluchen, damit der Fluch 7 Generationen lang hält. Why should we "hire" them for our "benefit"? Why not learn to live with beaver people, respect them, learn from them?
Last wet winter, I had the pleasure of coming face to face with a beaver for the first time in my life. She came from a reintroduction of European beavers (nature park, under protection). I will never forget her look. Such friendly, intelligent creatures. The little ones really remind me of human babies, even with their tracks.

I love that and name the language Europlais. 🤣
I'm born in Germany and emigrated to France 35 yrs ago. I'm living in Alsace which is bilingual Alsatian/French with a lot of people speaking German or English, too. Alsatian is an Alemannic dialect often mixed up with French or even Yiddish. Therefore, we often mix languages in one phrase and everybody understands it. Only the French from "inner France" despair. 🤭

But pay attention with depressions! Meanwhile, in France its oil is forbidden because it can have severe side-effects with antidepressiva! It only helps as a very light mood brightener, not against real depressions. It can even reduce the effect of contraceptives! And weird btw: Externally, it helps against sunburn.
