Orphan blocks happen when two blocks are mined at the same time. The block that gets a further block added to it will become the legitimate chain, and the other block becomes an orphan block.
It's the reason why Satochi said to wait for 6 confirmations to be absolutely sure your transactions confirm with near zero risk of being orphaned.
Having a chain recorg after one block happens. Having a chain recorg after 6 blocks is improbable.

Most force closes happen because your peer (or you) becomes unresponsive while an HTLC is in flight. This HTLC then has to be 'settled', meaning the channel gets force closed so the payment can be settled on-chain.

The wallet in Primal is provided by Strike. You'll need to move all your sats out if you're going to use a different wallet.
If you use a different wallet but don't empty your Strike wallet, your sats are safe, you just have to turn on the Primal wallet again to get access to your sats using the same nsec.
Technically, you can use two or more wallets with Primal by turning the Primal wallet on/off depending on which wallet you want to use. I personally wouldn't, because It'd be confusing and easy to stuff up.

There's no mint to mint transfers in any way. Mints don't communicate with other mints, ever. Mints don't care if another mints tokens are valid or not.
Mints only do two things. They mint tokens after receiving a lightning payment. They melt tokens after paying a lightning invoice. The mint doesn't care where the lightning invoice has come from. And the mint isn't actually paying the invoice, the lightning node providing the collateral does. The mint only gets confirmation that the invoice has been paid, then it melts the tokens.
It doesn't matter to the mint if the lightning invoice you give it to pay is from bitrefill or another mint. It's just a lightning invoice, nothing more.
It also doesn't matter to the mint what you do with the tokens, it doesn't track them. The mint only knows if they've been redeemed, not who redeemed them.
When you redeem an ecash token, the mint just confirms that the tokens are valid, it doesn't know who they came from. Whereas a lightning payment, always discloses the node ID where the payment came from.

If I send you Bitcoin via lnbits, there's a record of that transaction that links my node node, to your node via a system that you had to authentic with. The transaction may be obfuscated, but it's still recorded and logged.
If I send you Bitcoin via ecash, there's no record of any Bitcoin transfer between you and me. The only transfers, were between mints. If you only connect to mints via Tor, there's nothing to link you to the payment.
You also don't need to create an account to use a mint. Because mints create bearer tokens only, there's no account system like in lnbits. A mint has no way of knowing how many people posses the tokens it's minted.

Liquid is custodial. Lightning is not.
Federated, just means custody is shared. But it's still custodial.
Liquid is no different to the Mutiny wallet federated severs, or CashU federated mints. Liquid custody is done by a bunch of exchanges that I wouldn't trust with my Bitcoin anyway.

Someone would need to have intentionally setup a relay that wasn't encrypted so that anyone using the relay would have their IP address and other details available for the entire world to track.
The only way you can use a non secured socket 'ws' is with a TOR encrypted tunnel which means the socket is still encrypted anyway.

No they won't work. The wss bit means it must be a secured socket connection the same way that https requires a secured connection or it will fail.
It has to fail. If the socket can't be encrypted because the encryption certificate isn't correct, you can't just default to having no encryption and continue working because that's more convenient.
