right? back when i was on twitter, i ran across Molly Katzen, and i told her that i was so grateful for that book because it taught me to cook for myself as a (then) new vegetarian, and sparked my interest in cooking foods from other cultures that has continued to now. She said that was so gratifying to hear. 🤩

I’m just a home cook and baker, but i’m so happy to see the two books that started me on my vegetarian and cooking journey on this list. The original “Moosewood Cookbook” and “Diet For a Small Planet” changed my life. And, of course, The “Tartine Bread” book is the summit i keep my eye on now. #Cooking #Baking #Food
