Correct — although you could theoretically refinance the loan forever as fiat price goes up and never pay back the principal. No sale of Bitcoin happens in that scenario.

Definitely a better time to do when it’s had a serious dip then to do it after a serious run up! Strike is really great at letting you manage the loan. You can add collateral when your LTV is close to 70% and retrieve collateral when your LTV is below 50%.
