I'm doing it for weight. I'm doing the 16:8. I had one day when I woke up from a nap with a bad headache. That said, I get short headaches when I from sitting to standing at times.
Thanks for the advice about the water (and the clear broth). I drink a lot anyway, but it's good to know I need to keep doing that.
Would be nice to have some energy for a change, but not holding my breath.
