So I've been drinking #Tea for quite a while now, but one of the things that was always off to me was that while I got a hint of flavor from the tea I was drinking, the actual flavor and scent weren't permiating the water, and as a result the tea that I was making was too weak a lot of times. Turns out 2 teaspoons worth of tea isn't enough, so I started using 3 or 4 teaspoons, and its significantly increased the flavor in the way I was looking for. I didn't just want a hint of flavor, I wanted that full-body, rich, flavorful experience, and that's what I'm getting now. Any #TeaDrinkers out there, how do you like your tea and am I commiting some kind of tea tabboo? I'm using lose-leaf tea with filters, not sachet's of tea.

Okay, so full disclosure on this #Song, its a throw-away song. I used #Suno 5.5 to see if it could take my voice and make it in to something great. You tell me what you think, I gave it a sound recording of my voice and I kinda like the way it came out, but does it sound like me? You tell me. Just learned that #Suno would be able to create a model from my own actual voice that it could use for singers when creating music. This I have to try, because if it’s my own voice, it will be more personal, and I like the sound of that. Suno 5.5 is exciting for sure, and this might just start the process of getting those pesky anti-AI musicians off my back. Lol!

Also considering buying a laundry service, mainly because I'm lazy and don't want to spend my only days off doing laundry when I can do better things in my life, because I can think of at least a couple things I would much rather be doing. Well, just had cleaners come to the house for the first time to clean our room and bathroom, and I gotta say, for $165, they did a really good job for a deep cleaning. They also did it pretty fast as it took less time than I would have thought, looks like the room was cleaner than I originally thought and it was indeed a great instinct to buy the Swiffer and do a little work beforehand. The next time with cost maybe $80 but probably closer to $95 or so.

Like, I can literally talk to people who are sighted about this game and understand all the things behind it because I can play the game just the same. Really amazing what Modding has done for the blind community, now there are so many games out there I can play that I don't know which one half the time I want to play in the first place.

Well, Except for that family of dudes who run a peruvian chicken joint who are all named Leo. I thought that was cool. I didn't get to interact with them a whole lot, but man was that completely unexpected. @nprofile…lyzd I'm not an HP fan anymore mainly because of how much of a bitch Rowling turned out to be, and really me calling any woman a bitch should definitely tell you where I stand with her, because I never do that... like at all, all women are queens... usually. Point is, that sounds like a sorta red flag dynamic unless of course Granger is aged up of course to be of age. Yes, I'm sure people will come at me with all sorts of dribble about how my system is invalid as well as stuff about me not liking something as much for what other people might consider a trivial reason, but I can't help it though. Any other configuration that isn't what I'm expecting just doesn't feel right. I already gave up the black olives this time, I didn't get to have Spinach, garlic sauce, although I did have the rest, but yes, the sandwitch being cut in to fourths instead of in half by default does bother me because its not what I expect, and it ruins my system grately. So Subway it is. I'll more than likely give the rest of the Sandwitch to one of my brothers so they can have the rest.

And verdict on Jersey Mikes, great back-up option for 2 reasons. Yes, the Tuna is higher quality and the bread is better, but first, I can't have my black olives, and second, and the real reason I'm ordering Subway first is, they cut the Sandwitch in to fourths instead of in half, thus ruining my system Grately. I am simultaniously impressed and also quite disappointed at the same time. Almost perfect were it not for this blasfamy that they choose to employ.

@nprofile…7hpz You will most definitely need a screw driver for sure, also make sure its powered off and if you can wear rubber gloves just in case there is a current stored up before you touch anything. Good news is Amber can probably help you find where the drive is so you can remove it either by removing the screws which hold the drive in place, or the place where it slides out depending on how the laptop works.

So I spent the last like 3 or something hours learning SQL. Its actually really quite fun and I've learned a lot already. I learned by downloading SQLITE and using the command line just so I could get the basics down, but I think I'm going to start learning by using VSCode so that I can use SQL in an actual environment that I'm certain people actually use in the workplace. Great stuff though and I feel pretty accomplished.

Hell, in EU countries, people literally get paid to study and go to college so that they can work at getting degrees that will help them to do better things with their lives. If anything, that would certainly convince me that I certainly should go ahead and do things like Law school given the chance if I knew I could focus only on studying and not on how much it costs. These sorts of programs aren't even socialism as everyone likes to state who's a #Republican, they are just basic things that the social contract should provide for. The government should want people to become educated, more education means higher-paying jobs, higher-paying jobs means more tax revenue, more tax revenue means more the government can do with the money. How can we call ourselves a first-world country and yet we can't even afford to provide free healthcare for our citizens, free college for people so they can learn things to better their lives, a basic income which allows for people seeking a job not to have to worry about whether or not they'll be able to eat the next week. All of these things are provided by so-called third-world countries, including in dictatorships like Cuba, Russia, and other countries all throughout the world, yet we can't get that here for our citizens. @nprofile…j3r0 I use waterminder to keep track of my water intake. Its great becaues I can just tell it to log my water and give it a number after I've drank the water, and it tells me periodically how much water I still need to drink.

I really do wish that I was better at typing, well... more accurately, that I didn't make as many mistakes while typing as I seemed not to do when I was younger. It feels like a lot of the time, I have to go back and proofread my posts because my fingers move too fast for the keyboard to sometimes register that I had written a letter or some letters move out of focus with the words I am meaning to actually type. Maybe I'm just getting older already and therefore losing my ability to type as I once did at 106WPM with a 92% accuracy.

I got my NLS Player to work again, feels nice to be able to download and read books again. I find if I read audio books at a faster speed than the default, I'm likely to listen to them for longer.

Do any #IPad users find that they have problems using the magic keyboard, where it will randomly decide to not allow you to type in letters in to an edit box, or decide that typing a letter means you want to enable dictation or any number of commands you can trigger with just a letter? If so, how do you fix this. I really need help, as it’s just super annoying and I otherwise like the IPad experience but not for this. #Blind #IPad #tech

Like, I know I'm just selling paper, pens, mops, toilet paper, and things that aren't weapons, but all of that, or a majority of that, goes to the military, so I'm providing the tools for which they will use to kill thousands upon thousands of people. I do the job though because its all I have to live on right now, but is it wrong?

I'm not speaking as an employee of National Industries for the Blind even though I literally work for them, but is it wrong to know that this Iranian war is literally benefiting the company? Like, should I feel bad about it? Its not that I don't though, that's the thing, I do, and I get it, war is bad and I think this was certainly an unnecessary war, but also, unfortunately, war also makes businesses like the one I work for thrive. Again, This is all my opinions and not based on the company, but I forsee that we're gonna get even busier as time goes by, and maybe I'll get a bonus at the end of the year, not really sure how to feel knowing I am directly contributing to bloodshed.

@nprofile…p25k Oh that makes more sense, my mom's husband is pretty awesome and I respect him a hell of a lot, but I get not every dynamic is like that. question, if you didn't like the food he made, couldn't you just make your own? At least based on your posts here, I kinda see it as somewhat passive agggressive, but maybe he really is just that much of a loser though.

This is why I'm glad I can't drive, $113 per barrel of oil? I can only imagine how expensive Gas is going to be now. So much for low gas prices under#Trump, but then again, what's to expect, he broke every other promise he made while in office, this is just another one. I couldn't vote at the time, but I sure as hell would vote Democrat next time.

Okay, this is the final song I'll post for the day. It took me about 4 hours or something to make this as I was figuring out how to further refine my music by using advanced mode. I didn't realize how amazing it could be at capturing my style and how limited simple mode was in comparison, but I'm glad I found out how to use it and learned it because now I will use it to make music instead of using simple mode, even though it means it will take quite some time more to make my music better. I did edit my lyrics in advanced mode before by using simple mode as the base for my music, but learning how to make my music just baseline in advanced mode opens up a whole new way for me to express myself without the limitations of simple mode. Anyway, this is about my current run of #Rimworld and is from the pawn's perspective. #Music #Suno

I've been thinking about this for quite some time, whether I should make a song about my religious beliefs. I think that a lot of people here think that because I am very left--leaning, it means I don't believe in God, but that's just not true. I wanted to create something that would show my feelings about God and religion in general in a way that people would understand, and so I think #Music is the best way to do this. I did create this using #Suno, but I hope that this gets the message across about my beliefs. Some might hate me for it, in fact, I'm expecting a lot of hate from #Christians or believers in #God, especially members of the #LDS church, but this is how I feel, and I want people to understand my position. I hope this sparks discourse, I hope people understand where I am coming from, I want people to talk about this with me, but most of all, I just want to lay out who I am in this song.
