I've had a really bad time with the #progesterone part, over the months since I started.
I'm on the last two days of the first #luteal phase (progesterone) since my dose was adjusted, and I've been holding my breath. There have been tears and anger, but it's nothing compared to how it was the previous cycle. The relief is real!

Hey lovely people.
I've been a bit quiet recently. There's a lot going on at work and it's affecting my mental health.
Just need to know if I'll still have a job or not so I can plan. Not knowing is pure stress, but it will be two more months before things are likely to become clear. I'm no good at dealing with uncertainty.
