At this point in the data-gathering process, I'm trying to find WHETHER there is a limit that can be reached that will earn a response.
My money is on "no." I do not think there will ever be a response, but I am trying to *prove* it.
Of course, there is a possibility that in October, they'll suddenly be interested in outreach, so I'll have to wait & see.
