That’s why management systems and methodologies deliver really good results when you wrap them around AIs, and why they make creative humans miserable. Creative humans aren’t uniform, labor never has been fungible - until now.
Upshot being: apply more process than you think you need to AIs, and far less than you feel comfortable with to human employees.
