I attached the SSDs, then created new ZFS pool there (raidz) - then created ZFS encrypted dataset (not GELI) - set some defaults like recordsize=1m and ZSTD compresion ... and started to fill it with my data over ssh(1) with rsync(1) with 1GE LAN speed of about 97-110MB/s.
