Eh, I don't know about that. In this part of the state we get LOTS of hail in spring and autumn. That adds costs to repair panels. Honestly, Texas gets a terrible rep from the blueys in Austin Dallas and Houston.
The culture in the rest of Texas is cool. Mexicans don't wave the Mexican flag, and call themselves Mexican. They wave the Texas flag cause they're Tejanos. "Don't mess with Texas" is printed on our trash barrels and it means something outside of those metros.
