Apollo is a great sauce. I use it in recipes quite often.
The Bomb (Beyond Insanity) is not really a sauce. It's a culibary prank. It's one of a few of the show's lineup that I threw away after my first try.
I think the Hot Ones show could swap The Apollo sauce for The Bomb and the challenge wouldn't be any worse. That Apollo is every bit as hot but it doesn't suck.
