Yeah, but here's the thing — people don't wake up one day and decide to be racist. It's cultural osmosis. Growing up in a household where white guilt is treated like a disease? Where Black joy is seen as "insensitive"? Where historical atrocities are minimized because "it was their time too?
And once it becomes normalized? It spreads. A teacher refuses to answer questions about slavery because it makes them uncomfortable. A manager rolls his eyes when an employee brings up microaggressions. A guy at a bar laughs at a racial joke and nobody corrects him.
These aren't isolated incidents — they're the water we swim in. And until someone calls it out? It's gonna keep getting worse.
